Constructionline was owned by the Government’s BIS and was operated by Capita.
It is a provider of business information that helps construction service and material suppliers and public and private sector buyers manage the pre-qualification process.
We conducted extensive research which confirmed that the service and the benefits were not properly understood and so were undervalued by all concerned.
A new strategy re-positioned the service as a Government owned, certification service and one that championed the cause of hard pressed suppliers. The new identity and communication material explained the proposition more persuasively while balancing authority with a more appealing user-friendly approach.
The new presentation was enthusiastically supported by business development teams, prospects and by wider stakeholders.
Following its successful re-launch, Capita acquired the business from the department of Business Innovations and Skills and Harvey Brand Strategy were engaged to explore further strategic opportunities for the new owners.
